I reached out yesterday about a damaged dryer vent hidden behind a second-floor wall in a very difficult-to-access location. Since we can’t safely use our dryer until it’s repaired, getting someone out quickly was incredibly important.
Less than 24 hours after my initial call, Michael, the owner, was at our home to assess the situation. He arrived right on time, was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely seemed to care about finding a solution. Even better, he’s already working to have the repair completed within a week.
