We had them come service our furnace chimney per recommendation from Petrol. Despite a scheduling snafu, which was Petrol's fault, they were able to fit us in the same day as originally scheduled. After review of our chimney, we were told nothing needs to be done and they were not charging us for the visit. Wow! Who does that? What great customer service.
