Dr. Nnabue is a great Opthamologist/eye doctor and his current office staff is the best by far! I really appreciate their courteousness and professionalism. Had a wonderful experience with Tony as well on 10/23/23, who helped me select some cool eyewear and eyeglass fitting. I've been coming to this eye doctor for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The office visit was pleasant and respectful. But, although I was able to fulfill my appointment, I didn't get a phone call, text, nor email, days before about my pending appointment. Although my appointments are written down on my calendar, it would help to get a reminder a few days prior to the appointment so I, or anyone else, would not accidentally forget.

I've been going to this office for over 15 yrs & the staff employees change every 6 months or so & this time I placed an order for $350 plus on Dec 7, 2022 & was told my glassed should in within 3 weeks & I went into the office today Dec 28, 2022 & was told they couldn't find my order & for me to call back & speak to the office manager. I contacted the office manager & she informed me that she didn't have any information on my glasses. I will definitely be going back tomorrow & speak to the doctor himself & let him know what is going on. This is the first time I've ever had an issue at this office.
