I’ve been coming to this office for 20years and I’ve never had any issues. The doctors and staff have always been great. Disappointed with the new front desk this year. I had issues scheduling appointments a few months ago for my children (she was very rude on the phone) I ended up taking one of them somewhere else. Today I had an appointment for myself and another child and again she had an attitude when I questioned extra charges that I did not agree to on my receipt.

I do like this place, and I do plan on staying. I've come here a few times, and the appointments have been good. I don't have any eye issues, so my tests are pretty standard. That being said, I have experienced a couple things recently that stop me from giving a higher score. I had an appointment a couple weeks ago that was setup for 9:40. I was surprised when I showed up on time (couple minutes early), and the door was locked. The doctor showed up almost exactly at 9:40am. Another person rolled up a couple minutes later and let us in. Last visit was on Sat, 5/27. Took my youngest son (12 yrs old) to get a comprehensive eye exam and test for potential light sensitivity. Made the mistake of mentioning that he had headaches, coupled with him being vaccinated for COVID, and the focus of Ramphal, O.D.'s assessment was on claiming he suspects neuro-inflammation (in large part due to the vaccine). Even went to the computer to show the rise in deaths since COVID vaccines were introduced and calling it a "horrible vaccine". My son was sitting right there the entire time and afterwards said "I'm more scared now then when I came in". I've seen Ramphal before and always seems to push a personal agenda.
