MyEyeDr. provides an exceptional experience for its customers. Dr. Dunn is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, taking the time to explain the eye exam process and making patients feel at ease. The staff is friendly and helpful, with Kevin being particularly notable for his assistance with contact lenses. The office is accommodating, with short wait times for appointments and acceptance of various insurance plans. Customers appreciate the level of care they receive, describing the staff as kind, bubbly, and treating them like family. Dr. Dunn is praised for making patients feel completely at ease, and the office is highly recommended for its excellent care and customer support.
This was first time going to MyEyeDr and I will say they get a 5⭐ out of me. Dr. Tran and the staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating! Ash went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed wrapping up my appointment. Happy to call this location my new home optometry office.
I had an amazing experience at MyEyeDr. from the moment I walked in. Antonia at the front desk and as a technician was outstanding. She greeted me with such warmth and kindness, making me feel like family. She explained every step of the exam thoroughly and made sure I understood everything, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
Dorian was very patient and gave me plenty of time to browse and choose my glasses without making me feel rushed. Ash was incredibly helpful in assisting me with different frame options and helping me find the perfect pair. John was professional, well-mannered, and treated us with the utmost respect throughout our visit.
The entire team provided exceptional customer service, and it's clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this MyEyeDr. location to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional eye care experience. Thank you all for making my visit such a pleasant one
I had an excellent experience during my visit. Antonia has an outstanding work ethic and truly goes above and beyond for every patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain each exam, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness really stood out.
I also want to recognize Ash for being so helpful during the checkout process. Everything was handled smoothly, and they made the experience quick and easy.
