For me , looking for a second pair it was perfect. Friendly knowledgeable staff greets you upon entry with a smile. Pricing is direct and competitive with online retailers I researched.”

“I wasn't sure what to expect from Target for eye care. I've been wearing glasses my whole life and it seems that I often have issues with lenses being right in recent years. Well, I can't say enough about Dr. Pham. She was professional, pleasant, very knowledgeable, patient; I adjusted to my new lenses in a day. Wonderful experience all around. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me pick out my sunglass frames. She was super helpful in making a choice. Thank you both so much! I will be returning.”

“The doctor and staff were very receptive and welcoming. The doctor did a very thorough job of my son's eye exam with care and attention, and she answered my questions patiently. One thing that could be improved to increase the value of services to patients is to try reducing the wait time before seen by the doctor; however, since this was my first visit I am not sure of the instances/likelihood of the wait time at this time and going into the future. But, I look forward to coming back to this provider. Great job!”

“I have been bringing my oldest here as well as myself for our eye care and they are always beyond professional, warm and kind. They always work to get you the best deal. Not only that, they have incredible expertise; I was told by one of the doctors who was very thorough with my exam, that I needed to see a specialist. I did and it turns out the bump on my eye on the back of my eye diagnosed my bone cancer (chondrosarcoma) at 40 years old! She saved my life and ensured my children still had a mother!”

They provided free return shipping, corrected the lenses, and shipped them again. Thank you for your prompt corrective actions.<br><br>PREVIOUS REVIEW:<br>This office has seen alot of change over the years. Currently they are below par. We ordered glasses for my daughter at college. They were shipped to her at college and she received glasses that had not seen the finishing step of the process - the glass edges of the lenses had not been ground to smoothness, and were very sharp. She called iCare and they said to ship them back or find a local place to do it. They did not apologize. They did not offer free return shipping. They did not offer to cover the cost of having them finished at a store near her. Very sloppy work, and lack of apology implied that they were used to what happened. They have a business partner failed in their quality control, and the office in Cloverly failed to check that the order had been completed properly before sending them on. Unprofessional all around.”

“Dr. Patel and the staff have been very professional. I went to get an eye exam for my eyeglasses (which I bought elsewhere that was a little cheaper online). I later returned in the next calendar year for contact lenses. Dr. Patel has been very patient trying to figure out which contact lenses will work the best for me. I am satisfied thus far.”
