I started on the website with the virtual glasses, but when I went to the store I quickly realized the style I thought I wanted didn't quite look right on me. Sam was quick to help me converge on a shape and color that suited me best. The whole experience was done in about 15min. Hassle free and stress free. The value of the glasses with all the included options and the satisfaction guarantee made it an easy decision. Warby Parker is not in-network with my insurance, but my insurance offers reimbursement up to a certain amount. At this price point it's comparable or less than going to a participating retailer.
Evelyn went above and beyond to help us today. She helped adjust our glasses and made sure the fit was perfect, and even cleaned them when she was done. Highly recommend this location!
Lynn is awesome - so friendly and helpful. Trying on glasses with her is like shopping with your best friend. I've been a Warby Parker customer since the year they were founded in New York. I wear prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses and contacts pretty much exclusively from them, with a one exception. I've done annual eye exams with them the past few years, and it's always been a really good experience. My most recent exam was yesterday and the optometrist was lovely. She did a great job of walking me through my vision/prescription changes and my eye health. She was also totally relatable and made me very comfortable.
