I had the best experience this morning at Warby Parker. I really did not know what I wanted. The sales associate listened patiently, brought me a selection of about eight frames, and I found the PERFECT frame. This is usually a stressful process, but today it was easy. Sam was the sales person who sold me my glasses. He helped me decide between two frames. He reviewed my past purchases so I could compare what features I had previously purchased.
