I had two completely different experiences at Warby Parker Union Market. My first visit was pretty disappointing. The two staff members at the front did not feel very attentive or customer focused, and I left feeling underwhelmed. I was in the store for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged or asked if I needed help, which felt unacceptable. However, I made a mental note, pushed through, and bought a pair of glasses.

All of the staff were welcoming and very attentive. It's nice to have multiple opinions when deciding on which eyeglasses are suitable for you. Very informative and very patient . My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. Thanks Warby Parker Union Market!
The associates are very helpful and knowledgable. It was very easy to order new glasses with my prescription in person in the store. They told me my insurance options and everything. Can't wait for my glasses to arrive!
