Repair day came, and Isak returned with Tyler to put my fireplace right. On both visits, they were incredibly respectful, tidy, and quiet (we work from home). They also did a great job letting me know what was wrong, were not pushy about any add-ons or service plans, although I WOULD recommend considering their service plan for the price-to-service ratio.
Before they left, Isak and Tyler also cleaned the fireplace installation itself, leaving it better than when they got here.
