My apartment units shower began overflowing with sewage from the upstairs units. I was rushing buckets of water out of the unit for hours. We contacted Tony (at 3am) and he quickly sent over a tech to install a sump pump and dehu while we were waiting for the complex’s plumber to arrive later that morning. Without Tony’s team this could have been a disaster. I highly recommend CPR when you need a helping hand.
Mara is so great! I am very picky when it comes to my estheticians, so much that I used to travel from Glen Burnie to Silver Spring because I couldn’t find a better one! When i moved to Crofton, I really wanted to find someone closer that I could trust. After trying multiple people, I found Mara and I am so glad I did! She is great, efficient, clean, and has such a wonderful, fun and open personality so it’s also lowkey going to therapy because we can talk about anything ? i get the Brazilian, belly trail, and occasionally get my underarms and legs waxed! I’ve even added on a service after I arrived, and she was able to do that still (i don’t do that often, though and would understand if she was unable to add on a service due to availability and time). Highly recommend!

I love Asili Hair Care Center!!! They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the shop. And they mean it when they say "Care". My hair feels more and more healthy after every appt. I currently have locs that were started by Jannay and they are THRIVING!!!! I go to Asili for my maintenance and styling for my locs. I also get color, which used to scare me. But they will never do anything that may damage your hair. They also WASH your hair!!! That's right! You walk in as you are. No need to come to the chair already halfway styled. They got you from beginning to end. They have a forever client in me. Give them a try and you'll be well taken care of.

This is a great place to get a great quality haircut. Jes is skilled and can meet any request you have, be sure to bring examples. Her scheduling is prime and the cut may be quick but may be the best haircut you have ever had! Handicap note: this location is up a single flight of stairs, I do not know if there is access via elevator, I did not see one during my last visit. May be work calling ahead before scheduling.
By appt only. Must book online. Barbers are good with keeping time . He works well with kids. My 5 year old always looks great he is fast and efficient with the cut. He also cuts my husbands hair, who is very particular. Located in a large business area with plenty of parking. Shop is clean. Sometimes they have snacks for kids. Prices are online.

I found this salon almost four months ago and have been a satisfied customer ever since. Jenn does my nails and is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her work is top notch! She takes her time, doesn’t rush which I love. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she overdelivered!! The salon is nice and clean with a soothing atmosphere. Balitmore has no shortage of nail luxury spas, and they’re absolutely worth splurging on once in a while. I found one my short time in Bailtmore. But sometimes you just want something quick and relaxing chairs, without committing to a full spa day. This is one of those places. It’s cute and peaceful, just without all the extra fluff or high price tag.
I'd definitely be back when back in Bailtmore. I would have to say it was better and more thorough than what my friend receive around the corner the service so off I decided not to have mines done. If you're looking for a real, results-driven pedicure and manicure, I’d this is the place.. LOVE the massage chair. First time trying this nail spa. It was a good experience. The service was very quick and not lots of people which I like. I did not have to wait. Plenty of colors and nail designs to choose from. Clean environment.
Grove Heating & Air Conditioing service was exceptional during the heatwave. Derrick, my technician followed through by troubleshooting my entire AC outside unit, installed a new wall thermostat (I asked for) and tested the gas furnace blower motor. It was discovered my blower motor had failed. Gove AC ordered the correct part and installed the new furnance motor that evening. The unit is working up to capacity by keeping my house cool. I'm very happy with Grove and would recommend them to anyone for a reliable heating or AC contractor. Thank you!

They did a great job putting in a new plug for an electric stove. I just moved into a Mobile home so a lot of the work was under my house. I appreciate their temperament. It was very professional and thourgh with everything.. I would like them to help me with other things I need done as I get settled in here.
My father is quite elderly and when the circuit for his furnace kept tripping and he was without heat, the HVAC company said his electric panel was unsafe and needed to be totally replaced! They explained that was the reason his furnace wouldn't stay on. Wow! But lucky for us, I called Haramis Electric and they understood the 'emergency' and were there early the next morning! I am so impressed! They came on such short notice, handled the entire rewire and installation of the completely new panel with professionalism and real empathy. The owner, Nick, and his electrician treated the situation with urgency, worked hard to get this situation resolved in one day, and their price was more than fair and reasonable. In a time where everything is more expensive than ever, to find an electrician that was fair, honest and reliable is such a blessing! They didn't exploit my father's age or his need for quick help. What more can you ask for these days?! Oh, and they cleaned up everything before they left! Amazing! You can trust Haramis Electric!

We’ve had such a great experience working with Mike and his crew at Building Creations. There’s a reason we keep calling them back for more renovation projects, they are genuinely kind, respectful, and pay attention to the little details that really matter. They’re also quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way.
I gave a less than a positive review in February 2024 due, apparently, to difficulties encountered in establishing communications with Anthony, not because of any problems with his work. Since that time, lines of communication have been established and he is now under contract to perform a challenging project for our church. We'll see how that goes, but I am encouraged by his confidence and enthusiasm. So, ignore my 1 Star rating of February and increase it to 4 Stars for "So far, so good" with a possible 5 Stars and a glowing review possible in 2 months if all goes well.

Dr. Joe and his team do a fabulous job. I have issues with my hips/pelvis and after visiting them, my pain level has been decreased considerably, and I have increased mobility. They're friendly, helpful, and kind. They fit me in when I do something stupid and tweak my lower back/hips. Each visit, they assess my needs and apply the appropriate therapy (stim, roller table, aqua massage, exercises). Dr. Joe is genuinely concerned about his patients. He lets me know what he's planning to do and what to expect, and gives me "homework" to help keep my back in good shape. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful experience. I haven't had a massage in many years and my back was extremely tense and painful when I came in. 3 days after this massage, my tension had melted away. I had a female masseuse who was very skilled and targeted tissues in my body that I didn't even know existed. The man who works the front desk was very professional and kind as well.
