“Dr. Ruth and everyone at Veterinary Housecall are top notch! They take wonderful care of our dog and I'm so happy that a friend referred me to this clinic. It is obvious that they truly love and want the best for your animal (and for you as their owner). 10 out of 10 every visit!“

“Belair is an amazing place and they love our fur babies. I took my fur girl for a bath and nail clipping, because she has anxiety about the process, especially walking through the lobby, they had us come through the back door where they literally rolled out the “red carpet” for her. Using yoga mats to line the floor so she wouldn’t slip and fall.Amazing service every single time!!!!“

“Fantastic experience getting our 9 month old Golden doodle spayed. The staff were knowledgeable and very nice. The doctor did a great job. I had a question when the practice was closed and someone got right back to me. Outstanding experience. Highly recommend!“

“After over 20 years of going to another veterinary clinic with my present champion show dog and earlier with his mother, also a champion, I decided to try Family Veterinary Clinic. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait the hour to 2 hours I previously typically waited past my appointment time at another clinic. Here I was promptly seen right on time. The facility is clean, spacious and pleasant. The office staff was courteous and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and reassuring. She called me the next day with test results. I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning to this clinic going forward.“

“Losing a pet is never easy. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats. Dr Rubin and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my family felt comfortable and at peace until the end. The compassion that she showed us and our pets, I have not seen anywhere else. We have other dogs and cats and will continue to only come here and see Dr Rubin. Thank you to all you do for our pets!“

“We've been going to Jim for almost 30 years. They're friendly and honest. And to me the latter is imperative.“

“The Veterinarian was very caring and understanding our cat's needs. As a senior, a blood test was needed to determine whether or not he could undergo anesthesia. If not, the Vet explained that other solutions to fixing the issues were possible. Love her positive attitude and concern for the cat.“

“Unfortunately, I had to use Dr. Volker's services again.....my two orientals (a breed that has notoriously bad teeth!) needed ALL their teeth removed!!! They aren't even four years old, and I was so worried about this - it's a long surgery, and cats' jaws can be fragile, esp. when removing the canines (and Oriental cats have even smaller jaws to begin with!!). I work in Vet Med myself, but I knew that if that was ever necessary, I would have Dr. Volker at the Animal Dental Center do it. And I am SO glad I did - we're almost two weeks out, and my two cats have recovered to the point that they seem like nothing ever happened to them!! I just want to tell pet owners that cats and dogs can very easily live without teeth (esp. cats), and I wasn't worried about that - but it's a complicated, long surgery, and the doctors at the Animal Dental Center as SO much more trained and equipped to do this than a regular vet (just like you wouldn't have teeth extracted at your primary care physician, right?). So, if your pets have to have teeth extracted and it is within our financial means, please take them to the specialist - the best one in our area is the Animal Dental Center, for sure! I'm sure all the doctors are great, I just particularly like Dr. Volker <3Not sure why half of the reviews on here seem to be for a completely different vet clinic - mine is for the actual Animal Dental Center and specifically for Dr. Volker! I can't say enough good things about her, I've seen her with three of my (oriental/siamese) cats and she is truly outstanding. Very caring, kind, and competent!! I work at a regular vet office and we refer clients to the ADC a lot (because let's be honest, you wouldn't go to your primary care physician for a dental issue, would you?). I'm only ever hearing positive feedback, this is an overall really great facility!“

“My Khaos had been very sick for awhile, I was dreading having to put him down and thought he would've gotten better... he did not. I caved and made an appointment with Severn River Animal Hospital. I wanted honesty, not a place that would make empty promises and take my money. After a brief exam, I was given 2 options; euthanasia or try somethings that didn't guarantee him living for a long period of time. I said i just want him to be at peace and not sick anymore. I thank them for their honesty and allowing me to spend time with my boy before and after the process. This was a first for me. I had him cremated and received his remains by the end of the week. Checked my mailbox and the entire team sent me a card. I'm grateful I found this place and will be using them for my other doggos.“

“We love Waugh Chapel AH, because they are always so kind to our fur son. They keep the facility clean, with treats and easy in and out processing. Most times we are done with our annual check up in 20 min. or less. Plus they are very responsive for prescriptions, shot verifications and appointments. Great option for locals and others in the surrounding area.“

“I can't say enough good things about my experience with Severna Park Veterinary Hospital. I called them for the first time after being told by ten (yes, ten) other vets/ER vets including our normal vet of 7 years, that they wouldnt be able to see our pup who hadn't eaten in nearly 3 days and was having other very concerning symptoms. I left a voicemail with my name, information and had little hope that I'd receive a call back at all. Lo and behold, less than an hour later the office called me back and encouraged me to come in, they'd squeeze me in between appointments. I was so grateful that my pupper would be seen! We hurried over and he was taken back, assessed and the vet (Dr. Schmidt) came out to explain his initial thoughts, treatment plan and anticipated costs before proceeding. I was prepared to simply be handed a bill after the visit, so I thought the fact that he provided a detailed estimate was really fantastic. I agreed to all (and was fully expecting to be asked to pay much more than the quote). The front desk staff (Diana, sp?), the vet techs, everyone was as kind and helpful as can be to us. I wish I remembered everyone's name for appropriate kudos. What started as a stressful and scary day ultimately turned into such a wonderful reminder that there are still people, and businesses, who truly will go out of their way for a stranger (or strange dog, ha!). Our pup is feeling MUCH better now all thanks to the team at Severna Park Veterinary Hospital. Thank you, thank you, thank you!“

“Always great care for our two dogs and cat. Knowledgeable and friendly staff clearly love animals and are passionate about their care. We've also boarded the dogs there before for vacations and it's always been a good experience.“

“This vet practice was welcoming when my dog needed them most. We are so happy to have found them and find the staff super kind, always excited to see us, and worth the drive (from DC). Dr Rachel Lisankis has been caring for my dog since his retina re-attachment and cataract removal surgery. While I hope you never need this specialist for your pet, if you do, please know that your pet will be well loved and cared for by the staff here.“

“All I can say is WOW, thank all of you who worked to help me get little Star her surgery she so desperately needed. Everyone was so caring and kind. Special thanks to Dr. Hogue for agreeing to see Star, thanks to Crystal and Dr. Dearie (?) for a welcoming initial visit. Thanks to Tatiana for keeping up with us and making sure A) I had the correct information and B) for so clearly explaining the procedures and charges involved. Thanks to Emily for ensuring I had the proper discharge information and that I understood how to care for her. This place is truly a hidden gem. Thanks again, everyone!!“

“I called to make a last-minute appointment because I was running out of heartworm and new to the area. They fit me in that day and the whole staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Dr. Kiely was awesome, and I am so glad to have found my new vet. I would recommend Four Legs to anyone looking for a vet!“

“Cannot say enough about the staff and support from the Fort Meade VTF - Dr. McCarthy and her team were so compassionate both during routine appointments and then end-of-life care for my dog, Lacy. Additionally, they took very good care of her and were very supportive during a difficult time and made the process much more comfortable for myself. My other dog still goes here and has been seen off and on dating back to 2010 - thanks to the entire staff both in the front office and behind the curtain for such superior care - you guys have a great team there.“

“The staff to the doctor was very helpful, patient and kind. Informative and explained everything to me. They asked me, instead of telling me what was needed, which I appreciate. Just like a car salesman if he tells you too much needs done, chances are it's half.Either way, I'd protect my cats but they are honest and up front and that means a lot when my pets care is on the line.“
