I had my first touch-up experience with Ms. Annette Baylor today and I walked out with a big smile on my face. The atmosphere in the salon was so peaceful. She has gained a new customer!

The best twists I’ve ever had! Annette is very skilled and very sweet! I was blown away by how well she did my twists and how well they stay put! I wanted a protective style for intense workouts and Annette gave me a wonderful and stylish solution. I will be going to Effusive Hair Salon for all of my hair needs from now on!

I have been going to Effusive for a year and a half now and love it! My first visit was to cut and color my hair...the first time. Annette made me feel super comfortable and talked me through it. They are big on healthy hair, which I love, as well. I highly recommend Effusive Hair Salon for any of your hair needs.
