My husband and I have had a membership for years, even during COVID. We love the customer service of the front desk. Karen goes out of her way to make sure we get on the calendar. Karen asked what was the best way to contact us and what were our preferred styles and times for scheduling. Thanks to Karen, this is one membership we actually use! The therapists are fantastic, especially Terrance and Steve. I highly recommend the Crofton location if you want to enjoy a relaxing experience.

I came in today with serious pain in my SI Joint. I’m talking needing assistance from sit to stand and limping while walking. John was my therapist and he was hands down amazing. He treated the muscles around my hip and low back looking for the root cause of my pain. He found deep muscle spasms and was able to release them. If you are looking for someone strong to give you a fantastic deep tissue massage, John is your guy! I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. Upon leaving, I was already feeling relief and able to walk better. I highly recommend John.In addition, the location is clean, the rooms are very relaxing and the pricing is reasonable.

Nice establishment, have sent my wife here multiple times.. nice relaxing atmosphere .. my only issue is that appointments go so quickly but they make by sending you last minute openings via email
