We hired Cardigan to completely remodel our owner's bathroom. We first met with the owner, Jim, in November last year with the intent of just getting a price and ultimately hired them to begin work in December to be completed by Christmas. The thing I remember most about that first meeting was the personalized board they had up welcoming me and my spouse (Mr. and Mrs. D) - a really nice touch, albeit slightly incorrect as I was there with my husband, and when we went back to pick out selections they had updated it to be somewhat more accurate (The D. This was our first major house renovation and it couldn't have been any better. Had our master bathroom remodeled and we couldn"t be more pleased with the outcome. The process with Jim and Kim was very professional and efficient. All the moving pieces of the project were finished on time with no delays. Everyone who came into the house was professional and polite. Pat in the front office is a real pro and kept us up to date with scheduling etc. At the end of the day, we have a beautiful new master bath and will return to Cardigan for bathroom reno number two.Services: Tile fitters
