James at Clean Water Plumbing was our hero the day our sewers and drains backed up into our basement. We were literally at a standstill because anything that required water (sinks, toilets, dishwasher, washing machine) were unusable until we figured out what was going on. James was absolutely wonderful. From our discussion over the phone, he anticipated the need for additional equipment so stopped to rent what he needed for the job. Not only did her arrive on time, he arrived prepared. After snaking the drains and unclogging the blockages, he had our water running and draining with ease in just a few hours. What impressed me the most was his willingness to help us fill six huge trash bags with sopping wet towels and then offered to carry them outside. This may seem like a small gesture, but it's the little things that make a huge difference in customer service today. James went above and beyond the call of duty that day and he is now our "go to guy" for any plumbing services.
