They transformed a basement into a beautiful, functional and livable space. While there are areas for improvement in communication, clients appreciate Anthony’s willingness to rectify issues. Many customers would consider hiring Lozado Contracting again, recognizing that their work speaks for itself.
I gave a less than a positive review in February 2024 due, apparently, to difficulties encountered in establishing communications with Anthony, not because of any problems with his work. Since that time, lines of communication have been established and he is now under contract to perform a challenging project for our church. We'll see how that goes, but I am encouraged by his confidence and enthusiasm. So, ignore my 1 Star rating of February and increase it to 4 Stars for "So far, so good" with a possible 5 Stars and a glowing review possible in 2 months if all goes well.
