“Keith and Mike came to the house to replace two twenty three year old skylights in our sunroom. They arrived on time, checked in with us for any questions we may have, and started the job promptly. They replaced both skylights, replaced all shingles which needed to be removed, sealed the edges, then cleaned the glass. They also walked the roof as a quick inspection for any other issues I may not have noticed. They took the time to show us and explain where the seals of the old skylights were starting to fail. Enjoyed talking to both men as they were both cordial and liked discussing their jobs and roofing in general. I will use Blair Construction for any future home repair I may have in the future.Service: Skylight repair“

“I recently worked with Michael, the owner, to start the first of many projects together. I was seeking a company that could do all phases, starting with replacing 9ft windows. Michael came out to the home to assess the project. He was very honest about what they could and could not do. His pricing was very affordable. On the second visit, Michael brought the manufacturer to my home to assess the custom windows I would need. Both gentlemen were very down to earth and gave me customer assurance in the quality of the work and assured me that they could meet my timeframe for installation. On the last visit, Michael brought the carpenter, Ben who would be doing the work. Ben was detailed in explaining the process and how long it would take. The day of the installation, Ben worked diligently to complete the job within the timeframe promised and because he's a carpenter, he was able to cut and install the wooden enclosed sills around each window that absolutely looks beautiful and compliments my home. I am over the moon with the customer service and the level of professionalism experience from everyone. I recommend Exquisite for any job that you have! “Recently had LKC install a new roof on my townhouse in the Summit Chase neighborhood of Piney Orchard. Also had them completely rebuild the deck as many of the joists were rotting and two actually collapsed! They did an outstanding job on both projects, all work was performed exactly per the contract. They used the best GAF HD energy star shingles and sent pictures of the roofing work which was a nice plus. They also replaced all gutters and downspouts since the old ones on many houses were pulling away from the roof as they were not installed properly. I had to pay someone to bang in the gutter spikes every few years. New gutters look awesome! LKC's attention to detail is top notch. Craig kept in constant communication on status of projects. Crew also did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend LKC for your roof or deck project.“

“If you need your gutters cleaned Labi should be your #1 choice. He is responsive, professional, diligent, communicative and does fantastic clean-up. We used to use a well known local company that never really communicated clearly with us on the condition of our gutters but would upload random "before and after photos of our gutters" which would only be accessible for a month. We never had time to look at them immed and b/c the guys they sent to do the cleaning did not like to talk we never really knew if there were any issues! Labi is the total opposite and we are very very happy. He will be installing new Leaf Relief gutter guards for us shortly at a very reasonable price so will update my review again when that installation is done. What a rarity it is these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and is fair and honest and extremely pleasant:):)“

“The slate roof of our historic 1925 home in Cumberland, MD was in need of some TLC, due to deferred maintenance by the former owner and shoddy repairs over the years. Durable Slate was amazing, from start to finish! On contact, they promptly sent out an Estimator, who assessed the issues and provided a reasonable quote for repairs, inc. slate tiles and copper flashing. Work was performed by Master Craftsmen, with care and precision. A final Quality Inspection occurred to ensure all work was to high standards. The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. People are people- gender aside and I wanted to understand the process and quality of the shingles I was paying for as much anyone with a wallet. Thank you Stephen! That seems important to mention.Stephens crew was extremely efficient. They appropriately cared for landscaping around my house before removing the old shingles and they did a stellar job with clean up at the end of the job.
