Awesome customer service!!! I had an issue with my sewer clean out not having a plug and wanted to replace with a brass one. The gentleman explained how to measure it and told me to come it because they definitely have the part. They were super patient and even allowed me to return the two parts I purchased when it didn't work out (no fault to them). I ended up having to hire a plumber to replace the clean out panela. But the guys here were so helpful and full of knowledge. I highly recommend you shop here if you need any plumbing supplies.

These guys were very helpful. I had a problem I needed an immedaite solution for. After asking me some questions they came up with a plan that solved my problem and the project turned out great. A year later I need a copy of my lost receipt for my accountant and they happily got it for me which took some digging as I was not an account holder. Just great to deal with overall.

We've had consistent good experiences getting supplies here during our projects. Today I was trying to fix an unexpected problem and spoke with Mary, who took the time to research available options and called me back with an easy common sense solution that I hadn't considered. This kind of customer service is rare and why we will continue to use them.
