Nero’s Heating and Air provided fantastic service when our AC stopped working this summer. Julian was prompt, diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, and verified that everything was working properly before heading out. He assisted us with multiple repairs, demonstrating great professionalism each time. I highly recommend Nero’s and will certainly be using them again!
They were on time, quick and efficient, and I had a quote for full replacement before they even left! They were even able to fix my AC so we weren’t dying from the heat in the meantime. Definitely recommend.
Awesome company! We called them at 2:35 pm on a Sunday afternoon with a HVAC emergency and Julien arrived at our house at 3:05! Julien was terrific. He brought the correct tall ladder needed to access our unit and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. What a relief! I highly recommend them.
