Carlos has come out and helped us twice, once with cleaning AC coils and with repairing the outside AC unit. Both times he was very professional and knowledgeable. He always made sure we were included in the process and looking at the same items he did before he went in and fixed it. Carlos was my tech. Professional to start. Pleasant attitude. Called on a Sunday, decided to wait till Monday. Was a little late but, so is my winning lotto ticket…and such is life.
