“I have to update my review of this establishment. I just met with the manager, Mr. Lewis, when I went to pick up my glasses today. First, the glasses are on point. Nothing at all wrong with the frames nor the lenses. Frames were brand new and my prescription is correct.

Now, as to my previous issues, Mr. Lewis sincerely apologized and offered to remedy any issues I may have had. He was patient and most of all, listened to my concerns. He didn’t have to do all that he did. He went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and I am grateful to have been assisted by him. “The Lens Crafters at the Arlington location (Wilson rd), is the best service we (my spouse included) have experienced since we have been their customers for years. We usually go to the Potomac Mills location as it is convenient being close to our home, but I needed a fast appointment for my eye exam and purchase of new eyeglasses and lenses. Even thou we had to travel with more traffic, the service received was so good that we forgot the distance and traffic encountered.
