We usually go to the Potomac Mills location as it is convenient being close to our home, but I needed a fast appointment for my eye exam and purchase of new eyeglasses and lenses. Even thou we had to travel with more traffic, the service received was so good that we forgot the distance and traffic encountered. James and Boris were, from the moment we enter the store, attentive, courteous and helpful. They even told me how they could have my purchase delivered to Potomac as more convenient to pick up my eyeglasses. Every question and help needed surpassed my expectations.
