Incredibly helpful customer service and great selection of glasses. They have also helped me to replace glasses under warranty without any issues. Highly recommend this place - will continue to order many glasses here!

Dr. Chon is a great eye doctor - she is detail-oriented, very thorough, and also takes the time to get to know you - appointments are never rushed. She has a great sense of humor, and I also love meeting her oh-so-adorable pups! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Galleria Optical's selection of frames - they feature a variety of high-end designers, including Korean brands, and you're guaranteed to find something that will fit perfectly for your face as well. The front staff are super friendly, and they're really fun to work with. Making appointments is a breeze, and they also have a texting option, which is super convenient. Looks like I’ve finally found a good optometrist shop for my needs. For one, this may be one of the very few times I haven’t been overcharged for glasses. I understand it all depends on the cost of the frames/lenses, but overall, the total cost was the lowest I’ve been charged—ever. I’ve been in many optometrist shops where I was conned and ripped off. Second, the techs at this office are very helpful.
