Guy on the phone was not the most helpful. I had glasses that were improperly adjusted by a store manager at a different target optical location (Springfield) and asked them if he could replace it with the frame if they had it in stock. I just paid for the new frame using a copay not even a month ago, and because this was the fault of the store manager doing the adjustment poorly, I should have been able to do the replacement for free since the damage was not my fault.
