“Dr. Malhotra came highly recommended to us after failing to find an eye therapist who really worked closely with the patient, instead of using glasses, computers, or a group visual therapy session. One of the reviews called her the "Nordstroms" of eye therapists because of her one-on-one approach and attention to little details in each person.Since visual processing disorders runs in my family, she worked with a couple of my kids and found approaches to keep the work fun and relatable. When we did the daily homework, some of them were able to finish quickly while others tended to take a lot longer. Unfortunately, visual processing disorders makes it easier to get concussions because of hand-eye coordination, so one of my children had to keep coming back for tune-ups after each concussion. When the visual therapy started to click, I saw astounding differences in reading, writing, and sports - and behavior.Dr. Malhotra also gives the most thorough eye exams I've ever experienced and is able to do the visual testing in order to get accommodations for the SAT or school.Most importantly, Dr. Malhotra is exceedingly kind and gentle. She knows how to make the kids (and adults) feel empowered and cared for. She truly goes out of her way to help. One time she answered my emergency text when she was in the Grand Canyon on vacation!! I am grateful for her professional dedication to her patients and the kindness that she has shown our family in so many ways.“
“I just finished having cataract surgery in both eyes done by Dr Morin of the Mitchell eye institute. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received from her and from the office. My cataract surgery was life-changing. Dr Morin has excellent bedside manner and laid out my options with no pressure to have me buy more expensive lenses/options. She was so incredibly respectful. During pre-op she kept checking in on me while my eyes were being numbed by the nurse. The staff at this office is excellent and friendly, both at the front desk and the technicians, and I have to do a big shout out to the surgery scheduler Anna! I could not be more thrilled with how I was treated and the outcome. My optician told me this was the only place he recommends, and I can see why. This is an excellent group of doctors, and Dr Morin is caring, professional and knowledgeable.“

We called them to schedule an appointment in the morning and got one on very day (which I honestly appreciated considering I needed an immediate attention). The appointment was with Dr. Julie f Leigh and I loved her absolutely. Very professional and straightforward and an active listener. The diagnostic was quick and she did not prescribe unnecessary medication.“

“I bought glasses at another place and accidently sat on them, causing the arms of my glasses to break off. I was worried I would have to buy a completely new pair. Reached out to eyeglasses express and they got back to me immediately. Sent a couple of photos of the condition of my glasses and they were able to give me a couple of repair options. They even offered to repair the same day (which was a Sunday) if needed. Luckily i was not in a rush and they were able to repair the glasses within 3-4 days. Would highly recommend coming here for all your eye wear needs, service is outstanding.“
