I was very impressed as before, this appointment was not my first and of course will not be my last. The professionalism of the staff and the doctor was very informative. I was also impressed with the new up to date technology. I enjoyed my eye appointment.
The lady who did the measurements was very efficient and careful of my eyes. I really liked Dr. Dosik, because he gave me a quick summary of my eyes condition and answered my questions. My eyes are currently in great shape, and it was a good visit!
My experience at the appointment was great; check-in was smooth, the doctor was courteous, capable, and didn't try to sell me on extra tests. However, the experience prior to the appt was a little annoying. I completed the intake form in a timely fashion and repeatedly confirmed my attendance, and yet still received a phone call the day before asking whether I had completed the intake form and if I was confirmed.
