My husband and I bought sunglasses and prescription glasses here a couple years ago and their service was absolutely fantastic. This week i went back in bringing sunglasses i bought elsewhere for adjustment and they were so kind. The place i bought them insisted that the glasses were fitting fine, but i wanted it to fit differently and the gentleman that helped me didn't even question it. I am sad i didn't get his name, but we will def be coming back!

Great eyeglass repair experience. Went to three other eyeglass repair shops for help before LensCrafter. Two referred me to LensCrafter at Ballston. Fast, super nice, helpful and efficient.
Thank You!
I came in needing some new lenses and frames as my current ones are a little old/scratched up. Nhat was so personable and amazing, he helped me find my original frames and helped order my new lenses appropriately. It is rare to find someone like Nhat in customer facing positions, he truly didn’t make us feel like a bother at all! Amazing customer service by all at this location, thanks for all the laughs and fun convo Nhat!! :)
