The folks at Ballston LensCrafters knew their stuff while treating me with care and kindness. Unless Harry Potter and his little friends can magically change my vision back to 20/10, I don't know why I'd go anywhere else!
I love this location. I always have a great time whenever I go and the employee who helped me this time around was named Nhat. He’s an absolute gem and we had so much fun laughing together while I was trying on frames. The whole staff was very pleasant and knowledgable!
Everyone there worked really hard to help me cause my insurance wasn't showing up so a staff member went to the vision doctor next door to figure out which insurance I needed to file under. thank you so much.
