“The FRED team performed a relatively small, but complicated project. They removed a basement window below grade and the corresponding window well surround. They sealed and waterproofed the exterior of the window opening, filled in the well and finished the exterior with a concrete top that is flush with the existing patio at grade. The interior was finished with framing and drywall. I found the project price to be reasonable and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding, inside and out. I have other projects in mind and l am going straight back to Steve Magill and FRED Home Improvement when the time comes to get them done.“

“We've hired Mason and his team for two separate projects, both bathroom renovations. They did a fantastic job doing all of the following:- demoing everything- replacing drain lines- reframing- new insulation- adding a window / outside framing- adding a sun tunnel- custom niche construction out of marble- tile work (shower flower & walls, tub wall, main floor)- new electrical / fans- new component installation- paintingThe only problems I had were with the suppliers (which is on me -- we picked out all our interiors ourselves). If I had it to do over again, I would make sure every piece of tile was in my house before the job starts. I would not accept tracking numbers or even a phone call assurance that the pieces have arrived. But once we had everything, it went flawlessly.“
