Since I forgot to thank the gentleman from Roto Rooter who came to our rescue, so-to-speak, as he left, I wish to do so now with a positive review.Although he did arrive quite past the estimated time (which is understandable in a business I would imagine can be unpredictable at times), I am very appreciative that he did not put the business off to another day, for personally we planned a family gathering for the coming weekend. I can’t say enough positive things about Tyler at Rotor Rooter! A+ service, definitely went above and beyond. I was a little worried about what the job would cost after seeing some reviews but fees were transparent up front, no hidden surprises and was less than I expected.
This company saved us last night. They sent Dakota to our house late in the evening and he was the best! He'd a hard worker, he fixed the problem, he was kind and offered advice to us as well. I can't say enough good things about him and this company!
