I called another popular company and they were quoting an appointment for the next day when my water tank was actively leaking even with the main water supply turned off and the supply to the tank turned off. For such a big company, this surprised me and had me nervous that maybe all the other companies were just as busy.I called All City Water Heater Service next and Mike picked up. He asked a few questions and was at my house in about 1.5 hours. In an hour he had our old tank out and a new one in.Mike is efficient but beyond that, he was very pleasant. Was on the fence on whether or not to replace a problematic hot water heater tank. Called and spoke to Mike, the owner. Very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional. He walked me through different options and pros and cons. Gave me a quote on a John Wood Commercial Pro model and thoroughly explained to me the warranty. Told him I needed 10 mins to think about it. Called him back and he came within an hour to install. He spent time to educate me on everything and the entire job from start to finish was very clean and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I called on a Sunday, my call was immediately answered, and I was given great advice in regards to what “may” be wrong with my tank, with a quick fix! (Yes, it worked!)My tank may not have a lot of time left, but for now, it’s working thanks to the advice I was given over the phone.I will ABSOLUTELY call All City when I do have to replace. Thank you for taking the time to help me. That professionalism is so rare nowadays!
