“Main sewer line stopped draining in our 110 yr old house. Called Mr. Rooter and Plumbing on Sunday night. They scheduled a plumber for the next morning. Sewer snake couldn't clear blockage. So they brought in a high pressure water jet to clear the blockage.That didn't work either.Turns out the main line collapsed.Mr. Rooter and Plumbing from day one had excellent communication and the plumbers were very educated, polite, and respectful.The Excavation Crew worked very hard and earned every penny they made. Hard, dirty work.It wasn't a cheap repair. Make sure you have Service Line Insurance!!I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company and will definitely promote them!Ps. For such a big company, this surprised me and had me nervous that maybe all the other companies were just as busy.I called All City Water Heater Service next and Mike picked up. He asked a few questions and was at my house in about 1.5 hours. In an hour he had our old tank out and a new one in.Mike is efficient but beyond that, he was very pleasant.
