Main sewer line stopped draining in our 110 yr old house. Called Mr. Rooter and Plumbing on Sunday night. They scheduled a plumber for the next morning. Sewer snake couldn't clear blockage. So they brought in a high pressure water jet to clear the blockage.That didn't work either.Turns out the main line collapsed.Mr. Rooter and Plumbing from day one had excellent communication and the plumbers were very educated, polite, and respectful.The Excavation Crew worked very hard and earned every penny they made. I highly recommend this company, they seem to have the most decent professionals working for them.P.S. I want to give a shout out to one of their employees by the name of Stefan, he did a marvelous job for me today, didn't mind answering a ton of questions and just made sure I got the best customer service and experience. Thanks, Stefan! I hope they give you a raise or something ?
