“My furnace thermostat was acting up last night after my son knocked it off the wall , the heat kept going up up up , I had to shut it off to cool down house & after a few times it ended up re setting but when I was initially broken I called them at 930pm on a Sunday night , they quickly got me a tech to come at 8am to fix it but by 4am it started working so at 7am I called to cancel and they were so nice and understanding , I would of paid a cancellation fee if needed as it was very last minute .

“From initial enquiry to the installation the service and attention to detail of the air conditioning company was excellent. Everyone knew ‘their stuff’. There was no hard sell and they encouraged us to visit their showroom before deciding who use. The pre-installation team patiently dealt with a lot of detailed questions about where units could be positioned and pipes could run, so we had a very clear picture of what the installation would be like and there were no surprises. The installation manager went the extra mile and came to the site before the installation to go through the positioning of the external unit we wanted to achieve and check it was feasible. The installation team were great, clearly very experienced, speedy, tidy and made sure everything including the wifi controls worked before they left.
