From the moment I called Rooted Beauty to book my very first appointment, I felt welcomed. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and warm, and when I arrived, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and such a kind demeanor from the staff.
Trying a new salon can be nerve-wracking because it’s such a personal experience and requires so much trust in your stylist. The second I walked into Rooted Beauty, I felt at ease. The salon is incredibly clean, fresh, bright, and modern. I loved the beautiful reception and waiting area, the large windows with soft natural light, the open concept, and the thoughtfully displayed products from brands like Goldwell, Milkshake, and more. Even though the salon was busy, it still felt calm and relaxing.
The entire space feels open and airy, never cramped or boxed in. Each stylist station had plenty of room, elegant seating, and beautiful vanities and mirrors. Even the shampoo stations were spacious and comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was how comfortable the sink was on my neck , unlike some salons where it can feel hard and awkward, this felt soft, supportive, and relaxing.
And Janine was simply wonderful from beginning to end. She made me feel comfortable right away, listened carefully, and absolutely nailed every detail of my hair. I loved my hair so much, I literally asked her for a hug! That’s how happy I was. She got everything spot on, and I left feeling so grateful and excited.
I’m beyond happy with my experience at Rooted Beauty and so glad I found this salon. I highly recommend them, to anyone looking for a welcoming, beautiful salon with talented stylists who truly listen!

My children were seeing Greater Lowell pediatrics eversince they were born the staff and majority of the pediatrics were excellent and professional but recently I have seen a certain decline in their professionalism from the past wondering what is causing it? Maybe departure of some very dedicated pediatrics like Dr. Dubner

I got my hair trimmed here and while the cut was fine, I felt like the atmosphere was a bit rushed. The barber was nice enough, but it wasn’t the most relaxing experience. I might give it another shot on a quieter day.
I have been coming here off and on for years since they opened and the quality of the manicures and pedicures is consistently amazing. If I've ever had to wait it's never been for more than a couple minutes to be taken for an appointment. I also like that they don't use cheap brands and have a wide selection of OPI gel colors. The owner Anna is very sweet and the rest of the staff I have met. I will continue to come here from NH!

You must see Carmel for the firming peptide facial. Carmel is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. This facial is extremely relaxing as Carmel massages your arms and hands while the firming peptide is processing. My face feels tight for about a week. It removes fine lines. I'm 62 and my skin looks like I'm in my forties due to the work of great Estheticians like Carmel. BTW, Spa for You has an amazing, friendly team that values customer service!!! I highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience working with this team. They installed both a new furnace and AC unit for me and did an outstanding job. They were responsive to emails and phone calls, very transparent throughout the entire process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Valcourt Electric did a fine job with the electrical work on our house. The electricians came on time, were very professional, and completed the tasks in our agreement. They even vacuumed the areas they worked on before leaving. Their prices are fair and they are very reliable.

Excellent service was rendered by CC Electrical Service & Mold Removal & Mold Remediation Services in Westford, Massachusetts. The group was thorough, cordial, and professional. Before starting, they thoroughly described the procedure, and they took great care to finish the mold removal and electrical work. Their dedication to safety and attention to detail were much appreciated. My house is in much better shape now, and the outcomes were fantastic. Everything was left tidy and well-organized. I heartily endorse them.
Jon was very professional in his approach to the project, from the planning stage through to the work done. He stayed on budget and did a fantastic job! Bear Bill Landscaping did a fantastic job on our major backyard project transforming about an acre of woods into the lawn of our dreams. I highly recommend BPI for their professionalism and communication. I’ve never been left wondering what the total cost of a project would be or what drove the cost. My first project with BPI estimated a day for a repair, but I was pleasantly surprised when it only took half of a day, which is all I was charged for. For the larger home improvement project I had, BPI was diligent to ensure the work and materials required aligned with my modest budget. I was provided with an itemized list of the materials BPI would be supplying for the project along with a fixed price. Of course, BPI’s contract had terminology for surprises given that no-one knows what’s behind a wall until it’s opened. Despite this terminology, BPI was well within reason on an additional charge when a surprise was encountered with my home improvement project. Additionally, BPI was always quick to respond anytime I had questions about variable cost items (i.e. porta-potty or dumpster rental).
Not only is BPI professional when it comes to their contracts, the crew they have is top notch. Everyone sent to my house has been highly skilled, focused, and courteous. Not only have I been impressed with the quality of work on every project, I’ve also been extremely happy with how everyone from BPI has conducted themselves. Furthermore, everyone has always been considerate of the non-work areas around the house (i.e. being sure to wear booties to walk through the house and not bang into furniture). Anytime I was not home while work took place, I never returned to any unexpected surprises or messes.
While both of the above have been major factors for why I’m happy to leave BPI with such a good review, the reason why I will always reach out to BPI first for any future home repairs or improvement projects is because I know I can trust BPI and they really seem to care about their customer’s needs.

They helped us with lot clearing, tree removal, stump grinding, land grading, loam & seed, installing crushed stone along the foundation .. all with great attitudes. You know you have a special pediatrician when your four year old had a splinter removed yesterday that was almost the length of his thumbnail, and he wants to go back and see her today.
Dr. Ramadan was able to remove the splinter quickly and skillfully while also calming our little one (and my wife). We have been seeing her since our son was one, and we thank God every day that we have such amazing care for him.
In addition to helping us with things like splinters (this is the second time she has done this for us), we had concerns about our son's development and speech, and Dr. Ramadan immediately guided us and helped us address them. When a rare blood disorder showed up on our son's blood work, she addressed it immediately and referred us right away. She has helped us through frightening breathing issues. She caught and addressed a heart murmur that two previous pediatricians missed and connected us with a trusted cardiologist. She also directed us to a podiatrist for toenail issues. She has guided us through allergies and connected us with the right specialists when needed.
Our son has not been a straightforward case, and Dr. Ramadan has helped us through all of it. She has also helped us navigate difficult family medical history and some genetic concerns. She has even supported me through some health challenges as well. Dr. Ramadan is just really awesome.
She is our third pediatrician, and she is everything we were hoping to find. My son was not receiving the level of care he needed and deserved at the previous clinics, and finding Dr. Ramadan has made all the difference for our family.
It has been a bumpy road with my son's health, but Dr. Ramadan has always guided us, has given us the best advice, supported us, and walked us through some scary times. Dr. Murphy was very willing to take adequate time to listen to my symptoms and evaluate my condition. She explained the treatment options in advance and ensured I was comfortable with them. Our family has been with Dr. Weinbeck for over 12 years, since my first time really needing his help as a young mom (fell down the stairs with an infant in my arms). The care we've received over the years has been absolutely phenomenal and really unheard of in healthcare these days. Dr. Weinbeck really emphasizes the "care" part of healthcare, and sees you as a whole person. I have always left his office feeling so much better whether it was a routine visit or an acute cry for help with a pinched nerve, severe pain, dull aches, or what not.
My husband isn't one to visit doctors at all, and he's got a lot of back issues unfortunately. But he'll always gladly go visit Dr. Weinbeck! He agrees, it's always worth a visit. I know very well that not all chiropractors are the same. I have visited one that is a friend and is right in our neighborhood for convenience when I needed urgent help (being several months pregnant), and although this professional was very nice - I felt 0% better afterward and my issue wasn't resolved. Learned my lesson and drove 25 minutes to see Dr. Weinbeck for instant relief from my pain! He's sent from above truly, I can't even imagine going through life without his help.
