They were professional and always let me know when they would be here, what they would do. They were accessible and friendly. The project turned out very well. Needed to finish half the attic and basement to make more livable space since my two sons are growing fast. BPI were able to come in, determine my needs, and were able to improve on them. Easy to reach and they updated me each day of what the next steps were. They were able to customize the work to fit my budget and everything came out better than I expected.
