Had a wonderful experience with Luke & Tim after our basement recently flooded. Quick response, very thorough, and offered great advice. Highly recommend!

Luke took care of my Moms house while she was dealing with a broken hip and chemotherapy. He then has waited extra while I took over her administrative stuff to get the homeowners insurance involved and stuff. I can’t recommend Luke enough. Not just for his great service, but mostly for his compassion and understanding.
Called Clay @ 830pm on a sat night for flooded basement. He offered to come right over, but since I at least had the leak under control, I opted for a morning visit. He told me what I needed to do to make sure things were secure for the night and was here first thing in the morning. He was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with mold prevention information. Checked for moisture in the walls and under carpets to see how far the water actually went. He cleaned and sprayed to prevent mold from forming in the effected area. Very happy with the service and information I was given.
