“This was an exceptional experience from quote through job completion!

Apex was super responsive from the beginning of the quote request. They dropped off booklets and gave some reference houses in the neighborhood to help choose a color. The quote was detailed and the team quickly answered all my questions. They offered to have me stop by their showroom but i found it easier to check out different neighbor roofs instead.

A couple days before the job start, they dropped off a port a potty, dumpster, and all materials/tools. On the day of the roof replacement the crew showed up around 6:45am. All the flower beds and stuff on the perimeter of the house was well protected. The crew must have had 10-15 people and they worked hard all day. They were all professional and I felt safe leaving to run errands throughout the day. The foreman checked in to see if I had any questions and gave me his contact info. They wrapped up the job around 5:30pm, which included 2 skylight replacements and some rotted trim repair.

Overall I was very impressed with the workmanship of the job. The roof looks amazing and all the repairs and skylights look great. The crew was very meticulous in cleaning up the whole job site and making sure all nails were picked up. Over the next couple days the dumpster and remaining equipment were all picked up.

These guys set the bar for how a contracting company should be run! I highly recommend for anyone looking to replace their roof.”

“5 stars for the quality of the work, with some reservations about the overall experience.

We’re very happy with our new roof and the quality of the crew’s work. The sales team was knowledgeable and professional, thoroughly explaining the materials and process, which gave us confidence in our decision.

Unfortunately, communication after payment was inconsistent. We were initially told scheduling might take about a week, but after weeks of limited updates and repeated calls, it took roughly two months to get scheduled. More proactive communication and realistic expectations would have made a big difference.

Once the job began, the experience improved significantly. The supervisors were attentive, communicative, and happy to answer questions. The crew worked hard, paid attention to detail, and did a good job cleaning up. We especially appreciated the drone inspection and the care they took to protect our property.

There were a few frustrations: ice-dam prevention options that weren’t discussed until installation day, vents that had to be installed the following day, and materials left in our driveway for several days. We also found the repeated requests for a five-star review uncomfortable while some work was still outstanding.

Ultimately, the finished roof looks great, and we’re happy with the craftsmanship. We’re giving five stars for the quality of the work, although the overall customer experience was closer to four stars due to scheduling, communication, and coordination issues. We’re glad we chose them and hope they continue improving the customer experience to match the quality of their work.”

“James and the team at Roundtable were wonderful to work with. We switched from cedar to vinyl siding on our home. The team was responsive, professional, and friendly from getting a quote, to answering all of our questions, and throughout the entire install.

The crew that did the install were wonderful. Jim answered our questions, fought of a hive of bees we didn't know about, and ensured we understood the entire process. The crew completed within 7 days, with actual work being 5.5 days given delay due to rain. Our yard was thoroughly cleaned and they took care to avoid damage to my flower bed in the front of the house.
