It was time to replace our pool liner, so we headed to Littleton Pools where we were greeted by Brendan like old friends. We were astonished when he went to his files and returned with the details and specifications of our last pool liner installed over 20 years ago. Due to our schedule, the new installation had to be delayed 7 weeks. Little did we know how cruel the weather would be for the rest of the Summer. Continuous rain severely interfered with the schedule of the installation crew as they worked feverishly to catch up. Brendon and Tim were in close touch with us by phone and frequent onsite visits and assured us that our liner would be installed this Fall. At last the day arrived and when Brendon and John unwrapped the liner they were dismayed to find that the supplier had sent the wrong size. A replacement liner arrived within the week, but the window was closing on getting a day warm enough to get the job done. Finally a couple of warm days and our installation was complete. Even though the elements conspired against them, Brendan, Tim and John got the job done. They maintained their professionalism and humor throughout. We recommend Littleton Pools highly and without reservation. We look forward to seeing Brendan and crew next year when they open and close our pool and install a new cover.

The best massage anywhere ever and I’ve had a lot of massages in my lifetime! Shirley has magic hands, I kid you not. And her attention to safety and precautions in these trying times is commendable!! I feel totally safe and then I’m very relaxed. She knows her anatomy and muscles so well aches and pains have no chance with her! I’m driving 1 1/2 hours tomorrow to get a 90 minute hot stone massage. Well worth the drive!
ALO Seamless Gutters replaced all of the gutters on our home, which were in need of serious redesign, as they were catching very little water from the roof. The ALO team also identified the root cause of several gutter deficiencies that were the result of a recent renovation project. Their integration of reverse flashing, relocation of previous downspouts and the expert alteration of a problematic architectural feature made for a much more effective rain management system. Not only were the improvements operationally more sound, they were also much more cosmetically appealing than the previous gutter system. Make no mistake, these are experts in their field and incredibly professional in every aspect of their work. I am very selective with regard to who I chose to work on our home and even more careful who I recommend. Stoddard was very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. He invited us into his home and very patiently explained the entire ceremony process to us. We discussed a lot of the details and he sent us a template to use for our ceremony along with literally a hundred different ideas for everything from readings, to vows, to blessings. We got a completely custom ceremony that was extremely personal. Our guests could not stop complimenting us on the ceremony. Under Stoddard's direction, everything went incredibly smoothly and his pre-wedding pep talk to us was incredible helpful and exactly what we both needed. It made us feel like Stoddard was there for us and that it meant so much more than just his job. We even got compliments from the venue staff on how beautiful our ceremony was. Now, we have been to weddings where it is clear that the person marrying the couple doesn't even know their names. Not so with Stoddard! He talked to us for over two hours to get to know both of us enough to be able to drop in anecdotes about both of us which made the wedding incredibly special. What's even more amazing is that unbeknownst to us, six years prior, Stoddard had married the groom's brother and sister-in-law! We couldn't be more pleased with how our ceremony went. It exceeded not only our expectations, but many of the guests said that it was the most personal, elegant, and memorable ceremony they have ever been to. This is the 3rd roof I have had done by this company: 1st a whole house, then a porch roof, and now a whole house again. Once again they have lived up to their reputation and even exceeded my expectations! I can’t believe they got this last roof completed in a day! Very clean, quick and thorough. I have been receiving deep tissue massage from Amelia over the past 2 years now for my chronic neck and upper back pain. Amelia has the strongest healing hands I've ever felt, is an incredible listener, and knows just how to relax my often unwilling muscles. Her use of cupping is a life-saver! I often tell her that she makes me feel "like an owl" by the end of the massage---that's how effective and deeply relaxing her massages are. I'm able to turn and twist my head easily and with no pain! Amelia, you rule!
I'll never go anywhere else. They are super friendly and know what they are doing. I've been to some places where you ask for a trim and they take literally with that. But here they only do what you ask.This is a picture of my friend who'd never had proper hair care and it was really really really deplorable. Ed and landscape artisans design our live edge stone patios with goshen stone (same at Harvard town library) along with the garden paths and walkways. He also installed our recycled brick pavers and paths and granite steps. He also designed and installed many gardens and flower beds.

Great company and service. I highly recommend this company. They follow up with text messages and emails introducing the servicemen. The special that they offered was the best money spent. My furnace and internal pipes were rusted and in very bad shape. It needed to be replaced.The servicemen were respectful of my clean home and cleaned up after themself.
A bonsai haven outside the city. This was a trip! With all the insane Boston traffic these days, the drive here could very much be a good 4 hours (there and back). But don't get me wrong- this bonsai haven is worth the trip. They are one of the most friendly and experienced bonsai shops around. Just ask for the father-daughter duo, Emmy and Michael! As first time bonsai parents, we were rightfully dubious in our efforts to keep these miniature trees alive. But with the help of Emmy and Michael, we left with a new found confidence in our plant rearing abilities. And I'm happy to report that our baby jade bonsai is still thriving. There are a plethora of bonsai variations; choosing the right one depends on where you plan to keep/plant these beauties (we were told). In the colder months, they have services to take care of your bonsais for you. And it seems like many bonsai owners utilize this service! If you want to supplement your bonsai purchase with a bonsai guide book, fertilizer, soil, you name it- they have it here!If you're ready to commit to a lifelong relationship with a bonsai, I highly recommend stopping by and browsing- this place will definitely have something for everyone! Acton Refrigeration is the place to go for all your HVAC needs! We recently had a large job that involved a new heat pump and air handler system for our large service wing. Acton Refrigeration was knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently even with a last minute add on that we wanted. Nic Jr. and Sid were great to work with and stayed after to show us how to work everything properly. If you have any extra questions, give them a call and they will get you your answers. Dr. Hoge is amazing! I had a pain-free root canal today. She and her assistant, Jenn, made sure I was doing fine during the procedure. They were both really friendly. I would definitely go back and see them if the need is there.

For never having been to a spa, it felt strange being so anxious going into relax. Stephanie did my skin care and facial. She made it a tremendous experience, eased my nerves! Stephanie also made great skin care recommendations when I told her I didn’t know much about skin care. Andrew did a great job with my massage. He asked questions about pain areas and made some recommendations for me to help my tendinitis. The hot neck wraps they offer as you wait for services were very calming. It was a lovely experience :)
I’ve been coming to this practice for about 3 years now, first with my cat then with my English bulldog. We’ve seen both Dr. Mockler and Dr. Roe and both were absolutely fantastic. My bulldog is a frequent flyer and they always take amazing care of her! They answered all my questions and were always super responsive to any of my concerns regarding my pets health. The front desk staff is super friendly, accommodating, and pleasant as well. We just moved out of the area and are so sad to leave this practice but I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the area!!!
