I felt a bit guilty for walking in so late, but didn’t have any other options. I did not receive ANY type of attitude or negative “we’re about to close” looks. Brian who was working there both days was just happy to help. He was super positive and accommodating, and even took initiative to make sure I could get a suit and a dress cleaned & picked up within <24 hours. “I SO highly recommend this place. Kim is amazing—especially for anyone in a pinch!!! I live 2+ hours away from Acton, but I was driving through on my way to the Boston airport for a 4-month Europe trip. The day before flying, amidst all the travel chaos, my FAVORITE vintage suede coat ripped. I desperately called tailors on the route to Boston, searching for someone who (on no notice) would be willing and able to repair the jacket in less than 24 hours. When I finally found Kim, she happily agreed to take on the job, and even stayed late in the store waiting for me to reach Acton. The repair required multiple types of stitching, but Kim easily identified and successfully performed them. When I picked up the coat, with plenty of time to spare, it looked as good as new!!! The whole thing was an affordable price, and Kim was a pleasure to engage with. She's funny, competent, hard-working, and committed to her customers. And talented at what she does! I couldn't be happier or more grateful to Kim. Thanks again!!!“

“I brought my wedding dress into Miki at Top Cleaners and she did absolutely amazing work! The dress was large as it is technically a pageant gown and I asked a lot of her, to open the back that was all lace work, to fix the sleeves that were also all lace and to remove layers underneath the skirt. She handled it so well and the finished product was remarkable. I am so glad I trusted her as I was in a bit of a time crunch (my fault). Miki finished it quickly and had it done right on schedule. I'm so thankful to her and I will be bringing more to her in the future. I absolutely recommend Top Cleaners in Concord. Great location and skilled, professional staff“
