New Life Community Church hired High Street Lawn Unlimited to level out and install 60x100 stone dust pad for our large tent to be erected on. We also hired them to rehab our volleyball court; to level it out and install 30 yards of play sand to make it regulation size.High Street is full of professional, courteous, and responsive employees who take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Every time something was requested or changed, they were immediate in their response and efficient in their work. We were very pleased with them and will be certainly hiring them for future projects. Dr. Anderson is fantastic. She is caring, compassionate, and effective at her job. I went in to my evaluation with headaches, dizziness and severe fatigue from a concussion. I was not able to work, work out or even drive. After my 4 day, 2 hour sessions, I was amazed at what I could do compared to the first day. I continued my healing with the home exercises that Dr. Anderson prescribed. It's important to note, these exercises are a must for continued healing. What impressed me was how effective and how quickly the treatment helped. Also, Dr. Anderson is so creative; if one way doesn't work or you're not able, she finds another way. She is always there for questions, concerns and you can take comfort that she is just an email away. I can't recommend them enough. If you are struggling with a brain injury - don't wait - make your appointment. You won't be sorry.

I have 3 cats in the care of Powder Mill and have been extremely satisfied. One cat needed teeth extraction and the fee was reasonable. My other two cats had tooth extractions at other vets and so I've experienced the range of fees that can be charged. My cats are all elderly, 2 with chronic illnesses. They need more frequent care and meds, again the fees are reasonable. I'm on a fixed income, as so many people are, so I wanted to comment on my experience with charges. Of course the most important thing is the wonderful care received from Dr. Keiser and Dr. Margolis and all the veterinary staff. They are personable, go above and beyond, listen to my concerns carefully and offer me all the options without pressure. I've been to many veterinarian offices over the years due to moving or just disatisfaction. I feel so grateful to have landed at Powder Mill for my kitties senior years (and mine!).
Jen has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to massage. I was looking for a tui na massage, and Jen incorporates elements of that with Swedish massage, hot stone massage, theraguns, and more! I share where I am tense with Jen and she takes it from there. I've been 10 times and rarely get the same massage twice because Jen customizes her approach depending on what I need. I can really feel her working out my tension!
Nancy is the best around. She has seen me on short notice 2x. She is incredibly cheap and has the strongest hands around (this is coming from a physical therapist). I would recommend her to anyone for injury prevention, injury treatment or relaxation!
Orna opened my psoas effectively and did some active stretching techniques along with low-pain massage. She releases muscles from stretching and cupping, not trigger point. She has over 20 years experience in her low-pain technique and it worked wonders on my hip rotators! I am now pain free for the first time in 3 years. Planning to go back since she is skilled in both therapeutic stretching, some forms of PT, and massage.

Turning 60 was a big milestone for me with a planned retirement, cycling trips and more leisure time on my line up. What I did not expect was a sudden non traumatic knee injury that would stop me in my tracks, cause me unbelievable pain and prevent me from doing almost anything that involved my legs including going up and down stairs, walking for any distance, driving....you name it.
I did all the things that I thought would help: Iced it, rested it, used NSAIDS and spent hundreds on various knee braces. Three months went by with zero improvement. I felt old and demoralized and was absolutely sure that this was going to be my new life. It was devastating.

I've lost 30 pounds and feel younger than I have in years. I continue to see Kevin a couple of times a month to ensure that I maintain my gains and continue to improve, using Shockwave as a means of ensuring that I don't develop similar problems in the future.
Kevin's approach of individualized instruction, utilizing multiple therapies concomitantly, and giving me tools to strengthen my other muscles to prevent future injuries has been a real game changer for me.
