I had an incredible experience with Kris from Jeneral Plumbing. What started as an expected clearing of the P-trap underneath the sink changed substantially by the end of the day.
First, Kris offered a detailed explanation why the P-trap underneath my sink needed to be updated due to its age and design. It would also be constructed in a way that would allow my wife or myself to clear it routinely avoiding costly visits in the future. This is not something a run-of-the-mill plumber does, but Kris wants homeowners to understand their systems and build better habits. My tankless water heater kept kicking out and popping error codes every time I turn the hot water on so I started searching for local plumbing companies and came across Jeneral plumbing that had some great reviews so I gave them a call the lady on the phone was very polite and professional she set me up with appointment quickly and that’s when Kris showed up to the house right as scheduled he was very professional what I liked the most while he was troubleshooting my water heater he was real detailed explaining every step what he was doing he understood my frustration of my family not having hot water.
