The salon space is beautiful, welcoming, and always feels relaxing. The whole team is amazing, warm, friendly, and professional. They take pride in their work and creating a great experience. Stylists take their time, give great suggestions, and make sure every detail is perfect. They are attentive to detail and always listen, giving great advice. Clients leave feeling happy, confident, and looking cute. The shampoo chairs are the most comfortable ever experienced. Personal touches make the place feel special. It is a fantastic salon of high quality and aesthetic right in Westford. Highly recommended.
From the moment I called Rooted Beauty to book my very first appointment, I felt welcomed. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and warm, and when I arrived, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and such a kind demeanor from the staff.
Trying a new salon can be nerve-wracking because it’s such a personal experience and requires so much trust in your stylist. The second I walked into Rooted Beauty, I felt at ease. Rooted Beauty is such a wonderful salon! The space is beautiful, welcoming, and always feels relaxing from the moment you walk in. Everyone on the team is so friendly, talented, and professional, and it’s clear they really care about their clients.
Natalie does my hair and she is amazing. She always listens, gives great advice, and I leave feeling so happy with the results every time. And I have to mention the shampoo chairs… they are honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at a salon!

The stylist - Janine Morrilly took her time, gave great suggestions, and made sure every detail was perfect. The result looks amazing and suits me really well. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return.
