I brought her in immediately because I was deeply concerned about her weight and the condition of her coat, which was badly matted.<br><br>Dr. V and her entire team are truly exceptional. Dr. V was honest and compassionate when explaining Liyla’s condition, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to give up on Liyla, but I also didn’t want to prolong her suffering if it was her time. Dr. V let me know there was still hope if we were willing to fight and I absolutely was. I’m thrilled to share that Liyla is now back to her beautiful, diva self. Her mats are gone, she has gained significant weight, and she’s keeping her food down. None of this would have been possible without Dr. V and her incredible staff.<br><br>It’s immediately clear that everyone here genuinely loves animals. During Liyla’s first visit, they shaved her mats (which she desperately needed). At her follow-up appointment, they even groomed her, something I’m sure she protested, as she hates water but once she got home, she couldn’t stop rubbing against everything. She was clearly feeling herself, and I’m so grateful to the staff for going the extra mile and spoiling her.<br><br>I also want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team. Both of you have been an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. His associate, Dr Irene Papamitrou, is kind and gentle with our pets and has been at the practice for many years, so she is also quite experienced. The techs and front desk staff are also competent and experienced, so this longevity is great and means everyone at the entire practice really knows your pets and you. I find their practice is typically better than some practices when it comes to getting an appointment, or needing to talk to a vet to get medical information. Unfortunately, the norm today is that you are pretty much on your own after hours to go to an urgent or emergency facility, and that also the case here. They are engaged and support their local community. The cost of services is fairly compatible with other practices, and they do offer a senior citizens discount .”

“5 months ago, my 12-year old dog Grady tore his CCL. I knew nothing about this injury, so when my vet did x-rays and confirmed it was a full tear I was totally devastated as all I want for my dog in his senior years is to be able to enjoy playing outside and go for his walks, so to see him in such pain broke my heart. We opted to do TPLO surgery at his local vet, and did hydrotherapy with Ashley at NH Pet Rehab before and after his surgery. I was worried that as a senior dog he would struggle to overcome this injury. But, with the help of Ashley, Grady proved my worries wrong and has also even impressed his local vet with how far he has come so quickly. It seriously has made me so happy to see how comfortable and happy he is. Ashley is SO KIND and extremely informative and made the entire stressful process of TPLO surgery so much better!
