Josie and Sophia were great. Sophia knew who I was when I walked in the door. It made check-in super easy. Josie was great and asking me which Services I needed and helping me with products. She is always so upbeat. It’s a pleasure to be a customer.

As a returning client to this particular EWC center, I can confidently express that both the customer service, and the services themselves, are of the highest quality. Specifically, the manager, RJ, is both friendly and professional in providing guests with real face time and quality assurance. Additionally, Meg, my usual waxer, is always kind, caring, and skillful in the performance of my selected services. I would recommend this center to anyone and everyone.

First of all when I walked in I was greeted very warmly by RJ, he talks to me like he has known me his whole life, he is so sweet. Then Josie came out and got me and I was treated amazingly. She is always so sweet and makes me feel comfortable! If she is doing something new she lets me know and makes sure it is ok. Everyone there is the best and I always feel welcomed.
