We just moved into a new home (quite an old home actually, but new to us). We turned on our steam/radiator heat for the first time, and hear loud knocking/banging in our system. As we are new to radiator heat, this felt a bit scary, and we knew we needed to bring in professionals. We contact Powderhouse Plumbing, and had a wonderful experience from first phone through service. The admin was very knowledgable, thoughtful and helpful and went out of her way to ensure, even though we were new customers, we were scheduled within a few days. If you're anything like me over the years plumbing issues are the worse kind. Trying to find a good reliable plumber is hard BUT 6 months ago someone told me about PHP, when my hot water heater sprung a leak, and I have been using them ever since. Yesterday my kitchen faucet stopped working and I called PHP and they got to someone to my house yesterday afternoon, same day, and when I heard the water running from downstairs I couldn't have been happier. If you haven't tried them out yet you're really missing out. Thanks to the PHP team for being there always for your customers - this one certainly appreciates it!!!

Powderhouse Plumbing came to maintain my Lochinvar boiler. The entire unit was disassembled, cleaned the internal cabinet as well as the heat exchanger with a solution. Then the ignitor was replaced and a complete efficiency and performance test were performed. This eight year old unit is running as good as the day it was installed by Powerhouse Plumbing. A very reputable contractor with exceptional service and pleasant employees.
