My ten-year-old water heater was leaking in my garage. Within two hours after I contacted Tim, Aaron was able to resolve the issue with such ease. He shut off the valve, which requires climbing a ladder, and he drained out the water with a hose. Aaron is pleasant, professional, reliable, and efficient. His integrity surely comes through. I agreed to have him install a new water heater.
A few days later, right on schedule, Aaron and Cameron put in my new AO Smith water heater. I thought it would take a few hours. Instead, they installed it within an hour or so. My family and I have used Presidential Plumbing on a number of occasions. Our first introduction to them was after my newly installed bathroom in our lower level (our basement was fully renovated in 2025) began to smell of eggs/sewage. I was referred to Tim, and he came by legitimately the next day. Called when he was enroute, and arrived on time. He broke the news that our contractors did a trash job, and this may require some major renovation x wouldn't be cheap. We just had our second kid, and completed a major renovation, so I wasn't super duper thrilled with this news, but it was what it was.
