“I met Anita ('senior') when I decided to try a new salon in Wakefield - it must be about 30 years ago - and followed her to her own salon in Stoneham. When I was wearing my hair short no matter where I was people would ask me who did my hair. All these years later I am still a loyal customer but Anita ('junior') does my color and styles my longer hair. This is a friendly family-like business - and now a very Covid friendly salon.“

“Beautiful, clean salon. The lash techs know what they're doing. LINDA is fabulous! Her lash fans are beautiful and last for such a long time. I always get my money's worth! I drive from Dorchester/Boston to Stoneham for my appointment every 3-4 weeks. Most of the time, when I go, its just because they've grown too long for me. Rather than having them filled because there are too many lashes gone. I love my lashes!“

Debbie was so cool about it, and spent her Saturday giving me a completely new haircut, toner, blow-dry, and style, ( And I have A Ton of hair) um no charge!She wanted her client to be happy! Where can you get that kind of care or service now a days?! She is awesome.“

“Helaine did an amazing job on my curly hair. Ever since I have embarked on the curly hair journey, I have found that there are so few curly hair stylists in and around Boston who can truly work wonders with curly hair. I finally went for a haircut after 2 year break, and was really nervous. But Helaine assured me she knew what she was doing made me feel very comfortable. So much so that I actually went ahead and got highlights on my virgin hair. She was careful not to overwhelm me. But she gave me the option of coming back in a week to get more bold with the colour and I did go back. She happily accommodated me and I love the final look. I am definitely going to be a regular at Helaine.“
