Frank was very busy when I ran into problems with my shower. Water temp was way too hot and could not control temp, so I called for an appt. I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line. Great personal service from Frank, and his office contact Kara who was always available to answer last minute questions, and provide personal service, etc.

I have had a great experience with this plumber! They get back to me, come when they say that they will, and they do an excellent job. I have had them do a variety of plumbing jobs around the house and every job has been done right. I recommend them. I will definitely call them the next time some plumbing is needed.
