“This review may be on the longer side, just as a fair warning. I have been coming to Elisia since I believe 2020. Started off because I was having some flare ups in college and got really insecure. Within a few months she cleared my skin. She educated me on my skin, what type of products I should use, why I should use them & etc. My skin continued to stay clear for years afterwards with the continuous help of her facials. During the beginning of 2025 I started experiencing extreme breakouts. These surface level breakouts turned into deep cystic like acne. Unfortunately I got hormonal acne due to age and my skin became irritated, bumpy, and extra sensitive to everything. For the first few months, I continued my regular facials and saw some changes, but we knew it was a bigger issue. One thing she always says during her service is “please let me know if you need a break.” Once thing I personally never needed in my 6 years was a break. One time at an appointment I couldn’t bear the pain of my acne during the facial and I started hyperventilating crying. That is when Elisia knew that basic facials was not going to do the trick this time around. She recommended me to see a gynecologist and have her test for my hormones. And she was right. I got put onto spironolactone for a few months to help regulate my body. With that, we continued with the facials and tried different treatment options as well to help. One thing about Elisia is that she genuinely wants to help you get/ feel better. She will never just take your money for her services. If you start your journey with Elisia, she will help you every step of the way. I told her from the beginning I did not want to depend on the medication for a long period of time. And she listened and we set a plan in place. I can happily say I have been off of spiro for months now. The hormonal acne has not returned. I have done basic facials, chemical peel, and now in the process of doing micro needling. Every time I think the results can’t get any better, she surprises me. I truly do not trust anyone else besides her. From all the years of being with her, she has been one of the biggest reasons on why I am so confident with myself. I have cried to her about my skin texture and she has always promised that she will help me and it’s all going to be ok. And till this day, she’s kept that promise.
And to add on top of that. Not only is she amazing, but she also has an amazing team. She personally trains them and you wouldn’t be able to tell a difference in their technique. All the girls are so lovely and the location itself is always so clean and comfortable to be in.
I’m going to attach a few photos from when my acne was getting bad (not at its worst state. i was getting embarrassed taking photos) and a few of how it’s going now. The difference is unbelievable.
