I had never done any type of structured workout before, and I was coming in after a knee injury. I knew I needed proper coaching and attention, because a regular gym just wouldn’t work for me. I would have felt lost, overwhelmed, and probably quit after the first visit.
From the very first conversation with Peter, I knew this place was different. We talked about my goals, but more than anything, he gave me the feeling that I wasn’t alone in this journey. When he suggested coming three times a week, I immediately started thinking of reasons why I couldn’t. He didn’t push or pressure me. He simply said, “Just try, what do you have to lose?” He listened, understood my concerns, and helped me find the motivation I didn’t even realize I had. That approach meant everything to me.
Then came the assessment. I was nervous and honestly embarrassed about my abilities, or lack of them. But Peter was so in tune with how I was feeling. He guided me through it with patience, confidence, and encouragement. By the end of it, I felt strong enough to show up for my first real session the next day.
That’s when I met Tiff and Zach. Calling them “coaches” almost feels like an understatement. They truly care. Their attention to detail, the way they watch how your body moves, and how they adjust everything to make sure you feel safe and comfortable is incredible. They celebrate every small win and stand by you through every challenge. They make you feel proud of yourself, even on the days you doubt your progress.
Five months later, I can say this with full confidence: Impact MetroWest is not just a gym. It’s a community. It feels like a family. Everyone supports each other, encourages one another, and celebrates progress together. It’s a place where you feel seen, welcomed, and motivated every time you walk in.

“Sue is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about her. I somehow found Sue when I moved to Massachusetts and decided it was time to rehab my knee I had messed up years before. Every time I had tried before, I had wound up hurting myself. It's been more than 3 years of seeing her 2-3 times a week and she has never had me do anything that caused me pain.When the pandemic hit, the switch to virtual sessions was completely seamless. She's constantly working on new workouts to keep it interesting. She still watches me so carefully to make sure my form is correct and that became super important once I got diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder.I will never see anyone else other than Sue. She's extraordinarily gifted and very caring person.“

“after belonging to well over 50 gyms in my lifetime I have never felt more welcomed and supported anywhere else. the workouts are fun, Effective, and challenging. The staff is always very accomodating in helping to modify the workouts to help me in dealing with my many injuries I have collected over my 55 years.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. if you have the opportunity get in and give them a try you will not be dissapointed, worth every penny spent without a doubt.“
