“Having had a Plumber/Heating Company for near 20 yrs when they apparently went out of business suddenly we had to find someone when the fan died on our furnace. My husband looked online and saw great ratings for Modern Heating and A/C and we liked they were local so we called and heard back within 10 minutes!!When my husband explained the problem (which happened 3 years ago as well), it's only a 5 yr old system but not a common one and finding the part last time took a long time. This being a Friday, I was prepared for a cold weekend, but they came over right away and checked things out, called us within 2 hours and said they got the part and would be out the next morning, which was a Saturday no less and fix it!I was so impressed with their professionalism, how quickly they got back to us and coming out of a Saturday, some places could have really jacked up the rates, they didn't!Happy to say, we have a new go to Company now!“

“We wanted a second hot water tank/heat pump installed in an area of our new house that was not getting enough hot water. Alpine helped us diagnose the problem, which included an area where pipes ran outside, exacerbating the problems we were experiencing, and offered a range of solutions.The work was completed promptly and 100% on budget, including re-routing the pipes to be totally indoors. The sales team, installer, and electrician were all top notch, and the new system is functioning perfectly. They even set it up so that when our older tank fails, we may be able to run exclusively off of our new heat pump. Either way that works out, we're totally satisfied with the new unit and how the job was completed, and would not hesitate to use Alpine again should the need arise.“

They stuck with me through the frustration of not being able to get support from the company even though they and I tried to reach out to them. Through it all and multiple visits they did a great job and kept the price reasonable. I cant say enough good things about this company!
