Amazing customer service. We have been their customers for over the decade already and we are located in a tiny hill town in the middle of nowhere but we always gey service on time and were rescued by their professionals in the urge t situation several times. Thank you guys for alwaus being close in any situation!

O'Connell Oil is fantastic! I had converted from oil to gas and didn't know they service gas as well. Unfortunately, I reached out to a local company, Fontaine Heating and they completed a service, but failed to bleed the system, so my heat wouldn't come on. When I called Fontaine they wanted to charge me again ($100) and refused to even look at it to see if there was a simple solution. Well, I ended up calling O'Connell and the tech and manager came to my home and took care of it for me - it was caused by Fontiaine not bleeding the system (simple)!
