Allison is who we talk to for any scheduling and billing of services. She is so polite, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Her customer service is exceptional.

Our furnace has been serviced and maintained by Carter, Nick and Caleb. They are all so professional and smart. When Northborough Oil came in recently for the annual service maintenance of our furnace they identified a problem after careful inspection, they educated us about it, and fixed it within the appointment. They cared a great deal about making everything perfect and even came back on their own to make sure everything was working smoothly and answer our questions.
